Returns & ExchangesYou can’t go higher than virgin human hair. This is simply the best hair grade there is, and we are confident in our quality. However, in case you want to exchange or return your extensions, we will help you out! Our return or exchange window is 15 days. We feel that’s more than enough to evaluate hair texture and color!
Due to the international hygiene laws and our client’s health safety, only unopened orders can be accepted. You wouldn't like to receive someone’s else hair that has been already opened or used! We only ship unopened, new packages to every customer of ours.
Exchanges- To exchange hair extensions, simply contact us with your order number!
- We will send exchange instructions and return address depending on your location. Please do not mail back hair to the original sender’s address. In that case, hair will be shipped to a global shipping center, not us, making it unlikely for us to obtain the package.
After we have received and checked hair order, you will receive a hair credit that you can use to buy a new set of virgin hair!
We do not charge any restocking fees. However, a client must pay for the shipping costs.
We will cover all shipping costs. That's if the item you have received is wrong and was sent due to our mistake.
ReturnsAlthough our return rates are lower than 1%, you can still return hair extensions and receive a full refund for your order, excluding shipping costs!
There are no hidden fees or restocking charges. The client pays for hair extensions return.
Just send us a message with your order number for further instructions. Please do not return hair to the sender’s address on your package or your return will get lost.
